Who We Are

Steven Lopez - CEO

Mr. Lopez attended the University of Michigan where he was an Angell Scholar and won the Hopwood and United Talent Agency literary awards. He later attended graduate school at UCLA where he studied motion picture production before meeting the co-founders of Lenders First Solutions and Agent First Solutions at Vanderbilt Law School.

Prior to law school Mr. Lopez worked alongside such film luminaries as Lawrence Bender, Quentin Tarantino, and Ray Stark.

Mr. Lopez was the founding Editor-in-Chief of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment & Technology Law and is a recipient of the Vanderbilt Law School distinguished alumni award. He is the founding CEO of JurisTrust which provides real estate services to over 2,000 licensed real estate attorneys and is a co-founder of New Vista Solutions, a privately owned company which provides vendor management services to 250+ credit unions.

Ian Wu – CTO

Mr. Wu attended Yale University where he majored in computer science and economics. Mr. Wu received the Sterling Scholar award for his academic achievements. After graduation Mr. Wu worked as a political consultant for Penn & Schoen where his clients included President Bill Clinton and Prime Minister Netanyahu.

Mr. Wu is a graduate of Vanderbilt Law School where he was a co-founding web editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment & Technology Law. After graduation Mr. Wu formed several successful companies including Ascension Entertainment, JurisTrust, and New Vista Solutions where he served as Chief Technology Officer.

Mr. Wu is fluent in Mandarin and makes yearly return visit to China where he was raised until the age of twelve.

Peter O’Neill – District Manager / Chief Legal Officer

Mr. O’Neill was born and raised in County Carlow, Ireland. After college he attended law school in England before immigrating to the United States where he attended Vanderbilt Law School and graduated Order of the Coif (top 10%). Mr. O’Neill also received special recognition for the top grades in several business law classes.

Mr. O’Neill clerked for the Tennessee Court of Appeals before joining the prestigious law firm of Cooley Godward in San Diego where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and venture capital financing. Mr. O’Neill then joined his colleagues to launch JurisTrust, New Vista Solutions, and most recently Lenders First Solutions and Agent First Solutions. Mr. O’Neill has toured the country providing continuing legal education seminars on the topic of attorney ethics as it relates to the Real Estate Settlement and Procedures Act “(RESPA).”
